To associate your Capturs device to your account, go to the “My Devices” page in the left menu.
Complete the S/N and the Key indicated on the back of the device.
It is normal that the first letter (A or B) of the S/N does not then appear in the device name because it is the device’s model indicator.
After validation, if the message “Device already registered” appears: visit the article “Why does the interface say “device already registered“?”. ggg
