To associate your Capturs device to your account, go to the “My Devices” page in the left menu.



Click on the button to access to the addition of the new device.


Complete the S/N and the Key indicated on the back of the device.
It is normal that the first letter (A or B) of the S/N does not then appear in the device name because it is the device’s model indicator.



After validation, if the message “Device already registered” appears: visit the article “Why does the interface say “device already registered“?”. 

Why does the interface say “device already registered”?

The device can only be registered for one user account. If you try to add it to a second account, this message will appear. You must delete it from the old account before you can save it to a new one.
