To start a live tracking using your Capturs device, you need to have it registered on your Capturs account and to have an active subscription for real-time data transmission every 10 minutes.


How do I associate my device to my Capturs Account?

To associate your Capturs device to your account, go to the “My Devices” page in the left menu.



Click on the button to access to the addition of the new device.


Complete the S/N and the Key indicated on the back of the device.
It is normal that the first letter (A or B) of the S/N does not then appear in the device name because it is the device’s model indicator.



After validation, if the message “Device already registered” appears: visit the article “Why does the interface say “device already registered“?”.

Then simply take it with you on your outings. The device must be on and with battery to send its position when it is in motion.
